Essenza

Icelandic Equitation has a long tradition, thanks to the Icelandic Horse’s uniquely smooth gaits, suitable for covering long distances. To meet the special needs of the Icelandic Breed and, at the same time, to provide maximum comfort to the riders following this distinctive sport, we have developed a completely new saddle called Essenza.

The Essenza saddle is also suitable for Dressage and Eventing. The Essenza saddle is developed on a wide, deep tree, granting maximum comfort to the rider. The adjustable flaps with the velcro gusseted panels can be fitted perfectly to the shape of the horse. The specially designed front blocks and the padded seat skirts and flaps give great comfort to the rider.

Like the Connect and Impulse saddles range, the Essenza saddle features the same technical improvement for the flap projection:
Our fitters and dealers can adjust the flap projection by changing only one screw in the insertion holes. This innovation makes it possible to have 3 different projections in a single flap.

The three projections available are:
-Forward (+2 cm from the Standard), to guarantee more freedom to the knee and thigh support.
-Standard, for a more vertical posture
-Drawback (-2 cm from the standard), for greater support and knee contact.

The front panels’ attachment to the flaps is made in velcro, allowing a perfect adherence between the two components and avoiding the formation of folds and wrinkles during the various projection changes.

In the Essenza saddle, like all the Connect and Impulse range, there are different panel configurations.
-Standard panel
-Anatomic panel (cutback in the front)
